PT Indo Logistics, a leading warehouse and distribution company in Indonesia, needed a reliable vertical transportation solution for their new 4-story logistics center in Jakarta. The client required a cargo lift capable of handling 3-ton loads across all floors with a total lifting height of 12 meters.
Challenges
- Multi-floor transportation: Goods needed to move efficiently between 4 warehouse levels
- Heavy load capacity: Daily operations involve 2-3 ton palletized goods
- Climate resistance: Equipment must withstand tropical humidity and occasional rain exposure
- Safety compliance: Must meet Indonesian SNI safety standards for industrial lifting equipment
Solution
GP LIFT provided a customized Four Post Cargo Lift with the following specifications:
- Load capacity: 3000kg (3 tons)
- Lifting height: 12 meters across 4 floors
- Platform size: 3000mm × 2000mm
- Hydraulic system: German-made hydraulic station with explosion-proof valve
- Safety features: Emergency stop, top/bottom limit switches, safety interlock doors, 1.4m safety railing
- Voltage: 380V 3-phase 50Hz
Installation & Delivery
The project was completed in 45 days from order to commissioning:
- Week 1-2: Custom design and CAD drawing approval
- Week 3-4: Manufacturing in our Jinan factory
- Week 5: Container shipment to Jakarta
- Week 6: On-site installation and commissioning
- Final: SNI safety inspection and customer acceptance
